PHILIPPINE SEA (May 16, 2022) Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Zachary Carolino, from Virginia Beach, Va., checks the vitals of Fireman Jarin Meyer, from Piqua, Ohio, in the cabin of an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter, assigned to the “Chargers” of Helicopter Sea Combat squadron (HSC) 14, during a training evolution in conjunction with the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) and the Arleigh-burke guided missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111). Abraham Lincoln Strike Group is on a scheduled deployment in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations to enhance interoperability through alliances and partnerships while serving as a ready-response force in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
