PHILIPPINE SEA (May 16, 2022) Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Zachary Carolino, from Virginia Beach, Va., prepares a blood transfusion in the cabin of an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter, assigned to the “Chargers” of Helicopter Sea Combat squadron (HSC) 14, during a training evolution in conjunction with the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) and the Arleigh-burke guided missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111). Abraham Lincoln Strike Group is on a scheduled deployment in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations to enhance interoperability through alliances and partnerships while serving as a ready-response force in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
