A group of U.S. Army soldiers in ACU (Army Combat Uniform) camouflage are posed for a formal award ceremony photo. They are holding framed certificates and a wooden plaque with an eagle emblem, likely from U.S. Army Forces Command. The group is positioned in front of multiple military and U.S. flags in what appears to be an official military building.
