Military personnel in camouflage uniforms are working alongside civilians, including children, in an outdoor park setting. A soldier and a young girl wearing a white shirt with 'GIZELLE' printed on it are collaborating to set up what appears to be a tarp or tent shelter. The scene suggests a humanitarian assistance or community outreach operation involving both military and local civilians.
