A line of M109 Paladin self-propelled howitzers is prepared and ready for issue to the Pennsylvania Army National Guard’s 1st Battalion, 109th Field Artillery Regiment, at an Equipment Configuration and Hand-off Area, or ECHA, in Pabradė, Lithuania under the command and control of the 405th Army Field Support Brigade’s Army Field Support Battalion-Germany.
