70th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment

Lt. Diego Chiru (Left), Sgt. Audino Saavadra (Middle), and Agent Jan Rodriguez (Right) from Servicio Nacional Aeronaval or SENAN (National Aeronaval Service), conducted a presentation on case studies in crime scene investigation and best practices during a Subject Matter Expert Exchange (SMEE). The SMEE was a part of the National Guard’s State Partnership Program between the Missouri Army National Guard and members of Panama's law enforcement and protection agencies. The exchange was in Panama City, Panama, April 12-14, 2022.
