Fulks, the command team for 3rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command, prepare to take their seats after casing their unit’s colors during a transfer of authority ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, May 4, 2022. During the ceremony, 3rd ESC transferred authority of the 1st Theater Sustainment Command’s operational command post mission to the Birmingham, Alabama, based 135th Expeditionary Sustainment Command.
