Brig. Gen. David Mineau, vice commander of Fifteenth Air Force, Col. Ryan Flieshauer, 552nd Training Group commander and Col. Keven Coyle, commander of the 552nd Air Control wing talk about readiness during Mineau’s immersion with the 552nd Air Control Wing. Mineau toured the 552 Operations Group, the 552 Air Control Group, the 552 Maintenance Group, and included a stop to the Student Innovation Center. The general also met with Airmen throughout his visit and learned about Airmen initiatives to include the Women’s Initiative Team, the observation of discrimination in the squadrons, an avatar briefing and training with the Emotional Intelligence Institute, and a program called ‘Airman for Life’ giving Airmen the tools to manage their life as an Airman and in general.
