YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 11, 2022) Airman Keenan Davis, from Columbia, S.C., discusses his package for the Aerographer’s Mate rating with Ty Magowan, deputy aviation enlisted community manager, during a Fleet Engagement Team event aboard the U.S. Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Enlisted community managers, rating specialists and detailers from Navy Personnel Command met with Professional Apprenticeship Career Tracks Sailors forward-deployed to the 7th Fleet to provide career counseling, designate ratings and negotiate orders on site.
