Patrick Brown, the outgoing commanding officer of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Expeditionary Support Unit (EODESU) 1, with a Meritorious Service Medal during the unit’s change-of-command ceremony at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, April 15, 2022.
