A military parade marches down a rain-slicked urban avenue flanked by tall Art Deco skyscrapers shrouded in low fog. Soldiers in dress uniforms carry a guidon flag marked '69 HHC 1,' identifiable as the 69th Infantry Regiment's Headquarters and Headquarters Company. Crowds line the barricaded sidewalks, and a Michael Kors storefront is visible on the right, placing the scene on Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan.
