A military color guard or ceremonial unit is marching down a wet urban street at dusk or nighttime, carrying multiple flags including the American flag. The procession moves through what appears to be a city intersection, with buildings, street lights, and civilian bystanders visible on the sidewalks. The scene has the appearance of a formal military parade or ceremonial march in a major metropolitan area.
