Outgoing commanding general of the 34th Red Bull Infantry Division, Maj. Gen. Michael Wickman receives the division colors from Command Sgt. Maj. Stephen Whitehead. The passing of the colors represents a continuation of trust and signifies an allegiance of Soldiers to their new commander.
