Incoming commanding general of the 34th Red Bull Infantry Division, Brig. Gen. Charles Kemper receives the colors from Adjutant General of Minnesota, Maj. Gen. Shawn Manke. The passing of the colors represents a continuation of trust and signifies an allegiance of Soldiers to their new commander. A Change of Command ceremony for the 34th Red Bull Infantry Division took place, at their headquarters in Arden Hills, Minnesota on March 12, 2022. Outgoing commander Maj. Gen.
