PHILIPPINE SEA (March 1, 2022) Cryptologic Technician 3rd Class Zach McNamara, from Mt. Juliet, Calif., reloads a chaff canister aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) launches chaff during an exercise.
