U.S. Army Lt. Col. Mark Bush, commander, 3rd Squadron, 2d Cavalry Regiment, is interviewed by Latvian media after he and his unit cross the Latvian border while in a tactical road march during Saber Strike 22 on Feb. 26, 2022. Under the command and control of V Corps, the regiment conducted a winter tactical road march over 1,500 km from Germany to Latvia to demonstrate its ability to deploy in an austere environment, foster multinational relationships, and increase interoperability with its NATO Allies and partners.
