Two U.S. Army soldiers in Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP) uniforms are working at a desk with a computer monitor. Both are wearing face masks, consistent with COVID-19 era protocols. They both display 'Airborne' tab patches and what appears to be a unit patch with a diagonal line insignia on their left shoulders.

U.S. Army Reserve Lt. Col Bradford Hughes, officer-in-charge, and Sgt. Samantha Gomes, noncommissioned officer-in-charge of the 38G Government Functional Specialty Team, 351st Civil Affairs Command, U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), work on getting the team dialed into to an update brief during Keen Edge 22, Camp Smith, Hawaii.

Held Jan. 26 – Feb. 3, KE22 is a bilateral Japan Joint Staff and U.S. Indo-Pacific Command level post exercise allowing planning and conducting of operations against all domain competitors. KE22 allowed the functional support team members an opportunity to liaise with their inter-agency partners and integrate Civil Affairs assets and expertise across civil-military scenarios in the scripted contingency operations.
