A group of approximately eleven U.S. military personnel in OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms pose for a formal group photo at the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) headquarters. Most individuals are wearing face masks, suggesting the photo was taken during the COVID-19 pandemic period. They are standing on a red carpet bearing the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command seal, in front of the command's official signage.

U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers with the 38G Government Functional Specialty Team, 351st Civil Affairs Command, U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), worked together to plan, advise, and provide interagency support during Keen Edge 22, Camp Smith, Hawaii.

Held Jan. 26 – Feb. 3, KE22 is a bilateral Japan Joint Staff and U.S. Indo-Pacific Command level post exercise allowing planning and conducting of operations against all domain competitors. KE22 allowed the functional support team members an opportunity to liaise with their inter-agency partners and integrate Civil Affairs assets and expertise across civil-military scenarios in the scripted contingency operations.
