Firefighters with the Camp Pendleton Fire Department, along with representatives from fire departments across Southern California, gather prior to an incident command exercise at the wastewater treatment plant in the 20 Area on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Feb. 09, 2022. The incident command exercise was part of a six-week hazardous material course hosted by CPFD.
