Robert Moir, a firefighter with Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, gets help putting on a hazardous material suit during an incident command exercise on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Feb. 09, 2022. The incident command exercise was part of a six-week hazardous material course hosted by CPFD.
