A US Army Corps of Engineers representative wearing a white hard hat and high-visibility yellow safety vest is speaking to at least one other person inside a large construction or industrial facility. The individual appears to be conducting a briefing or site tour, gesturing with his hand while explaining something. Both visible individuals are wearing US Army Corps of Engineers-branded safety gear.

Muhamed Mahmood, a Transatlantic Expeditionary District project engineer, briefs Lt. Gen. Scott A. Spellmon, the 55th Chief of Engineers and commanding general of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, on the construction of an APS-500 building, located at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, on Jan. 31, 2022. When completed the facility will provide critical environmental protection for Army Materiel Command's pre-positioned stock, part of a U.S. Army program in which equipment sets are stored around the globe for use when a combatant commander requires additional capabilities.
