A group of military personnel in camouflage uniforms and high-visibility safety vests are receiving a briefing inside what appears to be a large industrial or construction facility. A civilian representative wearing a white hard hat with a red stripe and a yellow safety vest bearing 'Army Corps of Engineers' branding is addressing the group. All individuals are wearing face masks, consistent with COVID-19 safety protocols.

Muhamed Mahmood, a Transatlantic Expeditionary District project engineer, briefs Lt. Gen. Scott A. Spellmon, the 55th Chief of Engineers and commanding general of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, on the construction of an APS-500 building, located at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, on Jan. 31, 2022. When completed the facility will provide critical environmental protection for Army Materiel Command's pre-positioned stock, part of a U.S. Army program in which equipment sets are stored around the globe for use when a combatant commander requires additional capabilities.
