Darnall Army Medical Center, presents some members of a CRDAMC labor and delivery team with the commander’s coin recognizing their work during an emergency delivery that saved both mother and newborn over the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday weekend. The team rapidly identified a problem in the laboring mother, initiated lifesaving steps, and mother and baby are safely recovering.
