U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Trenton Ushery, an assault amphibious vehicle (AAV) crewman and a Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, native with 2d Assault Amphibian Battalion (2d AABn), 2d Marine Division, controls an RQ-20 Puma during a field exercise on Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Jan. 25, 2022. 2d AABn tested the capability of an AAV and a light armored vehicle with remote weapon systems as a suitable land-based platform for mobile reconnaissance and scouting.
