40th Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB)Executive Officer Lt. Col. David Lovett and 40th CAB Command Chief Warrant Officer 5 Rich Huber attend a groundbreaking ceremony for a new rotational combat aviation brigade headquarters facility on Camp Buehring, Kuwait. The new facility will not only house an entire, future aviation unit staff but will be closer to the airfield and tailored to aviation specific requirements. The designer for the CAB HQ is the United States Army Corps of Engineers Middle East District. The Transatlantic Expeditionary District will be responsible for execution. The contractor will be MVL.
