U.S. Marines with Support Company, Combat Logistics Battalion 3, and Energy Company, Combat Logistics Regiment (CLR) 3, 3d Marine Logistics Group (MLG), wash loads of laundry in a Containerized Batch Laundry facility on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Oahu, Hawaii, Dec. 10, 2021. Marines with CLB-3, and CLR-3, 3d MLG, as part of Task Force KULEANA, are providing support services such as field expedient showers and laundry facilities to the residents of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam affected by the ongoing water issue. 3d MLG, based out of Okinawa, Japan, is a forward deployed combat unit that serves as III Marine Expeditionary Force’s comprehensive logistics and combat service support backbone for operations throughout the Indo-Pacific area of responsibility.
