A sail is one of the many cut up pieces from decommissioned submarines ex-USS Augusta and ex-USS Minneapolis-St. Paul laid out in Dry Dock 3 at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility. Pieces are stacked and spread out in laydown areas, waiting to be loaded onto railcars and shipped to their final destinations.
