Toni Gant, November 30, 2021. The Isabella DSMP is a Sacramento District project scheduled for completion in 2022. Modifications include a 16-foot raise to both the main and auxiliary dams, reinforcement of the auxiliary dam, and construction of a new emergency spillway and labyrinth weir.
