Mr. Terry Henderson, the Family Readiness Program Manager for the North Carolina Air National Guard, acts as narrator for a retirement ceremony in honor of Mrs. Jere Firth in celebration of her 59 years of service as a civilian technician employee, at the NCANG Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Nov. 19, 2021. Mrs. Firth has worked specifically for the North Carolina Air National Guard since 1972 and retires as one of the longest employed civilians in the Department of Defense.
