Sabrina Meidenbauer is an apprentice with 405th Army Field Support Brigade’s Base Support Operations Maintenance. She said after she completes the three-year apprenticeship program, she is committed to working for BASOPS Maintenance for an additional two years. At that point, she may apply for job positions at other Army organizations or if a permanent job position opens up at BASOPS Maintenance, she could stay there. Staying at BASOPS Maintenance once her apprenticeship is complete makes a lot of sense, she said. (U.S. Army courtesy photo)
