    19th Public Affairs Detachment, 1st Infantry Division

    Lance Armstrong, a seven time Tour de France winner, speaks from the stage at the Contingency Operating Base Speicher main gym. Armstrong spoke to troops at COB Speicher during a brief USO stopover at the base, Dec. 19. Armstrong was among several celebrities participating in the tour, to include Rachel Smith, Robin Williams, Lewis Black and Kid Rock.
