Kennedy is a part of a flight that has implemented the Theory of Constraints (TOC). First introduced by Eliyahu Goldratt in his 1984 book “The Goal”, TOC is described as a methodology for identifying the most important limiting factor standing in the way of achieving a goal and then systematically improving that constraint until it is no longer the limiting factor.
