211119-N-CJ362-1025 NORFOLK, Va. (Nov. 18, 2021) Cmdr. Susan Pinckney makes remarks during Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 28 change of command ceremony onboard Naval Station Norfolk. Pinckney turned over command to Cmdr. Brett Johnson. HSC-28 provides combat read MH-60 Sierra armed helicopter detachments, alongside the MQ-8B Firescout, for amphibious ready groups, search and rescue, vertical replenishment, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief, airborne mine countermeasures and utility services to CTF-80, U.S. 4th, 5th and 6th Fleet areas of responsibility.
