Brett Johnson, commanding officer of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 28, makes remarks during a change of command ceremony onboard Naval Station Norfolk. Johnson took command from Cmdr. Susan Pinckney. HSC-28 provides combat read MH-60 Sierra armed helicopter detachments, alongside the MQ-8B Firescout, for amphibious ready groups, search and rescue, vertical replenishment, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief, airborne mine countermeasures and utility services to CTF-80, U.S. 4th, 5th and 6th Fleet areas of responsibility.
