Morrison, Jr. (middle) officiated at the ceremony with limited attendees due to coronavirus preventive measures. Lt. Col. Sutton grew up in Darlington, S.C., served initially as an enlisted Soldier, was a commissioned through the Reserve Officer Training Corps at Campbell University.
