Several line haul trucks are spotted at a rest stop as the trucks and the Army Prepositioned Stock-2 vehicles and equipment they are carrying make their way from APS-2 worksites north of the Alps to Army Field Support Battalion Africa’s APS-2 worksite at Leghorn Army Depot, Italy, south of the Alps. Well over 150 line haul trucks crossed multiple borders and checkpoints along a 1,400 kilometer convoy route through several countries as part of the mission, and an additional 800 trucks carrying APS-2 equipment pieces and vehicles will be making that journey over the next few weeks.
