A Soldier with the Jordanian 101st Special Forces Unit conducts subterranean building clearing during a Joint Combined Exchange Training with the U.S. Army 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) near Amman, Jordan, June 2021. This was the first time the two forces conducted subterranean training together. JCETs allow U.S. SOF to improve and share their military tactics and skills in new settings while increasing bilateral relations and meeting common security challenges within the U.S. Central Command’s area of operations.
