US Marine Corps Brigadier General Simon Doran recites the oath of office aboard HMS Queen Elizabeth in the South China Sea on October 8, 2021. Doran currently serves as the US Senior National Representative to the United Kingdom Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 21.
