U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Brandon Klewicki, an infantry officer with 2d Marine Division (MARDIV), prepares a battle plan as part of the Division Leader Assessment Program (DLAP) at Fort A.P. Hill, Va., Oct. 5, 2021. This program allows division leadership to mentor and assess captains recently assigned to 2d MARDIV on their mental, moral and physical readiness for future command opportunities.
