U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Adam Glass, an infantry officer with 2d Marine Division (MARDIV), calls for an evacuation during an Infantry Skills Test as part of the Division Leadership Assessment Program (DLAP) at Fort A.P. Hill, Va., Oct. 4, 2021. This program allows division leadership to mentor and assess captains recently assigned to 2d MARDIV on their mental, moral and physical readiness for future command opportunities.
