    U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne)

    U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from the 12th Psychological Operations Battalion, headquartered in Mountain View, Calif., conduct Tactical Operations Center (TOC) operations and collective training Aug. 14 – 23, 2021, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash. The exercise is part of the unit’s annual training, focusing on preparing the unit to operate in a multi-domain, hybrid-threat environment.
