U.S. Army Reserve Spc. Michelle M. Mukasa, psychological operations analyst, and Staff Sgt. John A. Zonker current operations (CUOPS) cell for the 12th Psychological Operations Battalion S-3, conduct target audience analysis in the battalion Tactical Operations Center (TOC) during their FTX. Soldiers from the 361st Tactical Psychological Operations Company, based in Bothell, Wash., and the 12th Psychological Operations Battalion, headquartered in Mountain View, Calif., conducted tactical psychological operations and collective training Aug. 14 – 23, 2021, Joint Base Lewis McChord, Wash. The exercise is part of the unit’s annual training, focusing on preparing the unit to operate in a multi-domain, hybrid-threat environment.
