210922-N-AZ907-1276 SEA OF JAPAN (Sept. 22, 2021) -- Flight deck crew members hook a pallet to an MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter, assigned to “The Warlords” of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 51, during a vertical replenishment on the flight deck of Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Howard (DDG 83). Howard is assigned to Commander, Task Force (CTF) 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
