A multi-lateral Special Operations Forces and U.S. Psychological Operations convoy moves toward the outer perimeter of a small village during Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT) training at Bright Star 21, Sept. 15, in Mohamed Naguib Military Base, Egypt.
