A coastal community shows significant storm damage with flooding visible on the ground and a large commercial fishing/shrimp boat displaced onto land, resting on support structures near a roadway. Power lines are sagging and downed, and debris is scattered along the road. The overcast, stormy sky and standing water suggest the aftermath of a major hurricane or tropical storm.
