Members of the Royal Thai Army receive a guided tour at the Museum of Flight in Seattle, Washington Aug. 30, 2021. A delegation of Royal Thai Army aviators spent three weeks sharing best practices with members of the 96th Aviation Troop Command, Washington Army National Guard. The exchange was part of the State Partnership Program which pairs a state or territory's National Guard with a partner nation in order to enhance security cooperation around the globe.
