    Chief Warrant Officer 3 Zachary Glathar, senior food advisor of the Support Operations Office, or SPO, of the 1st Theater Sustainment Command's operational command post, shows Lt. Gen. Ronald Clark, the commanding general of U.S. Army Central, a package of halah meals at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Sept. 10, 2021. Glathar, who deployed with the Fort Bragg, North Carolina, based 3rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command, told the general the SPO procured the meals as part of the logistics support to Operation Allies Refuge.
