Lt. Col. Michael V. Gallucci, plans chief, 1st Theater Sustainment Command (Forward), and Col. Fenicia Jackson, chief of staff, 1st TSC Operational Command Post, explain to Lt. Gen. Ronald Clark, commanding general, U.S. Army Central, the unique role of the 1st TSC plans team. Gallucci told the general his staff was established to give the expeditionary sustainment commands that deploy in nine-month rotations to staff 1st TSC-OCP a more robust planning capability than is typically organic to an ESC.
