U.S. Army Central Command's Command Sgt. Maj. Brian A. Hester speaks to 36 other sergeants major from across Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, at the end of a Sept. 12, 2021, physical fitness round-robin based on the Army Combat Fitness Test. Hester told the sergeants major that one of the purposes of the event was to get them together to meet each other and learn about each other. "Relationships are important," he said. "The Army runs on systems, but systems break."
