Sergeants majors from across Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, execute the bent-leg-body-twist, one of the Physical Readiness Training, or PRT, conditioning drills done before they began a Sept. 12, 2021, physical fitness round-robin based on the Army Combat Fitness Test. The 37 sergeants major joined Command Sgt. Maj. Brian A. Hester, U.S. Army Central Command's senior enlisted advisor, at the event that began at 0500 to avoid the Kuwaiti sun.
